Enjoyment, that is what Rantree is all about. Enjoying hospitality, conviviality and, of course, exceptional food. I create a new menu every month, inspired by the seasons. While traditional cuisine forms the basis, my contemporary and creative approach gives the dishes my personal signature. My dishes are always centred around one main ingredient, with special local - but also Oriental - ingredients adding an element of surprise.
